Salamanca district apartment, Madrid

A luxury space with 400 meters of floor space

The elegance of living in calm

The proposal for this apartment in the Salamanca district is based on a palette of whites, grays and dark wood. The images present environments of large proportions, with few well-defined pieces and a composition that gives space to furniture, graphic works and the entry of natural light.

The dining room is organized around a dark table accompanied by light upholstered chairs. Two vertical bookcases frame the background and provide a symmetrical pattern, while suspended lighting centers the scene. The bar area repeats that balance between light surfaces, black pieces and open storage; The mirror expands the perception of depth and visually relates the elements located on both sides.

In the living room, a large gray sofa with a chaise longue and two armchairs delimit the conversation around softly shaped low tables. The light rug brings the whole together and contrasts with the wooden flooring. The bedrooms maintain a contained language: upholstered beds, dark side tables, rugs and large-format paintings on the headboards. Color accents appear occasionally in the art and in some auxiliary pieces. The proposal thus builds an idea of calm elegance, supported by proportion, chromatic continuity and the contrast between smooth surfaces and enveloping textiles.
