Los magos de la decoración

See possibilities where they are not yet seen.

The magicians of decoration combine the search for real estate with interior design. David González is in charge of locating and negotiating the acquisition of the home, while Alberto Torres develops an interior design project adapted to each case.

The first project is located in San Martín de Valdeiglesias, next to the San Juan Reservoir. The starting point is an outdated apartment that is transformed into a refuge connected to nature.

The proposal allows us to follow how a new look at the distribution, furniture and finishes can reveal the potential of a house. The landscape and outdoor living accompany this transformation, with the intention of creating a welcoming space that takes advantage of its environment.
